    This is a lovely arrangement with a nice variety of flowers and greenery. I enjoy watching the flowers slowly unfold themselves to show their full glory! Your arrangements always last for a long time! I love the pretty rose vase, too. The Poinsettia that came separately is beautifully formed and quite festive in its little red container. It's very thoughtful of you to give the recipients directions on care of their Poinsettia. They will live for a very long time under the right conditions!

    I custom ordered flowers for my gf's birthday. I had requested the flowers to give off princess vibes and energy, and they did exactly that. The vase it came in was heart shaped, and the extra gifts I got with it were perfect. The only tiny problem I ran into was the flowers ended up leaking onto my bath bomb I had ordered with them. But I called the store's number and they were able to give me a free replacement bath bomb, which I greatly appreciated. Overall I would gladly buy from this store again, and already recommend some friends to this place.

In regards to the service fee, the fees are clearly listed at checkout and it gives you the option to cancel the order at the time of the review of the charges. It is a convenience fee for ordering online. In the future you can avoid that fee by calling us directly and ordering with one of my staff over the phone. For the price, I thought it would be larger and there were a lot more carnations (vs a more diverse assortment of flowers) in the arrangement than I expected there to be.     My experience was fine. The bouquet that I ordered online over a week prior to pick up was not as expected however I was informed that “upgrades” had been made for being short on the correct supplies. This was satisfying to know. I was slightly disappointed in the life length of the flowers, the roses were wide open on the first day and therefore the life of the roses lasted only a few days before wilting. Otherwise the arrangement was beautiful and the customer service experience at pick up was pleasant.

    Thank you Adam for taking the time to write a review for us. It was our pleasure to help create a beautiful bouquet for your Mom's birthday. Seems like we have an issue online for Pick up orders and my staff made an assumption. When we received the order it had a delivery address, then we read your special instructions asking us to call your Mom for her to pick up. Since you had paid for delivery we removed the delivery and added the $10 to the bouquet. I have created a $10 credit on your account for your next order.
