    I wish Dee’s Flower Shop was able to send a photo depicting the final product because some people are not always able to attend the funeral service and it would be nice to know exactly what was sent. Maybe a photo could be emailed or a text sent with a photo? I appreciate your consideration of this request. Not being able to see the final product does not allow customers to give an honest review. The sales end was perfect. It is just a matter of not being able to see the finished product.

    Beverly, I went back and looked at your order that you placed online and I didn't see where there was a request for a picture. We do try to send one if it is requested by the customer; though because we usually are fairly busy the request does sometimes get lost in the shuffle. Next time if you will put your request in the additional comments then we will be glad to send you a picture.

    Jeneane, You are correct there were not any overly fragrant flowers in your bouquet that was ordered. The bouquet the customer picked out did not have anything that is very fragrant shown in the picture; also the cooler tends to absorb any scent the flowers have. As for how long they lasted, yes they do require fresh water every other day or so. We did base this design on the arrangement the sender picked out online. We were told to knock on the door and leave flowers on the front porch.     Although there was a mistake in delivery (a week early before Mother's Day!) Dee's was generous to send again a week later for our 85 year old moms. We didn't see the arrangements but they loved them. The order form probably needs to be a little clearer for YOUR sake on delivery and needs a clear place to list MY name on the card. Both said I didn't "sign" the card. So a place for an electronic signature would be good. Thanks.
